- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Almost lost my house three times. I own a private home in Plattsburgh and this firm assists my neighbors in forcing me to pay "dues" to live there. They have been suing us for over twelve years. Evan Bracy notified us in 2004 that we had no "obligation" to pay our neighbors and then turned around and sued us for NOT paying them.
